B-Contagious is founded by two established leadership coaches, who together have more than 50-years’ combined experience working with businesses and brands.

Our Story
Every company has a story - here is ours! We met at Henley Business School. Martin was researching human energy at the time. Claire was interested in the implications for her own research on female leadership. A seed was sown. What if removing labels wasn't just good for leaders, what if it was also good for their teams? What if energy was the key to unlocking the solution to some of the big systemic challenges facing business today?

From that initial idea, B-Contagious was born. Martin and Claire are both big believers in postive psychology, loving what you do, and the power of human energy.
