Our Grounding

Our grounding.jpg

The constraint is usually visible.

The difficulty is intervening where it actually sits - not where it's comfortable.

We know this because we have carried the accountability.

P&L ownership. Board-level decisions where delay had material cost. Growth and turnaround where momentum loss showed up in the next quarter. The difference between performance and stall was rarely strategy - it was whether leadership signals were converting into confident action, and whether the response to breakdown was sharper intervention or more activity.

That experience shapes our standards.

We identify the constraint and the leverage.

We are explicit about what we will not work on.

We measure to see direction, not to build confidence.

We stop when more data would not change the decision.

If the constraint sits at the top, we go there. If it sits in structure, we address it there.

If the work will not change the outcome, we say so.

B Contagious works with a small group of former executives who have carried commercial accountability. We understand the weight of decisions made under pressure and the cost of delay. All work is delivered exclusively at that level.

Martin Andreasen
Founder B-Contagious

Martin is a former commercial executive with full P&L accountability across global and local businesses, leading growth, transformation and turnaround under material commercial pressure. His work integrates behavioural science and system dynamics to understand how leadership signals travel - and where they distort under pressure.

We only work where:

  • The leader holds mandate.

  • The work includes the leader, not just the team.

  • There is permission to redesign authority and decision conditions.

  • The intent is to remove constraint, not add activity.

We work as we would if we were carrying the accountability ourselves.
